Terms of Use

1. What Vermix is

Vermix is a tool for keeping watch over vermicomposting: readings, risk assessment, action protocols, the VermixAI assistant and learning. The assistant is software based on artificial intelligence, and the app always marks its answers as the assistant’s.

2. Advice, not a guarantee

Vermix and the assistant give recommendations based on the data you enter and the general science of vermiculture. A living reactor depends on the season, the feed, your worms and things the app cannot see. Every decision to act is yours; responsibility for the health and life of the colony stays with you.

Where the app warns of a risk, it warns — it does not forbid.

3. Account

For the first 14 days you can work without registering or paying. An account keeps everything you have entered. One account — one person or one organisation. Minimum age is 18. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

4. Plans and payment

Prices are on the Pricing page. Payment inside the app is not accepted yet — when it is, we will announce it in advance and describe renewal, cancellation and refunds here.

If the trial ends without a subscription, your data is not deleted: access becomes read-only.

5. Your content

The readings, notes, records and feedback you enter are yours. You grant Vermix the right to store and process them to run the service, and for nothing else.

6. Acceptable use

Do not break the service, bypass its limits, impersonate another person, or use the assistant to cause harm.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Vermix is not liable for losses arising from applying recommendations to a living system. Vermix’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can delete your account with all its data at any time in Settings. We may close access for a breach of these terms, with notice by e-mail.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
